My Books
The book of Revelation calls believers in Christ a kingdom and priests to our God. This harkens back to our Jewish-biblical heritage of God calling His redeemed families a kingdom of priests (1 Pet. 2:9, Rev. 1:6, Exod. 19:6). As a priesthood, all the adult population would know the Lord’s instruction and be able to love and teach their own sons and daughters. We see this biblical pattern when God created mankind, in the call of Abraham, at the birth of the nation of Israel, during times of revival and restoration, and in the ministry of Jesus and the early church. Therefore, husbands and wives are encouraged to learn and grow in Christian community, and to nurture their own children—by word, prayer, and example—in the knowledge and instruction of the Lord.

The biblical patterns of parents teaching children can have a profound impact on the education and faith development of a child. Education and child development research all point to the benefits of parental engagement, confirming God's intended design in the relationship of parents and children. Today God is restoring the hearts of parents to their children, and the children to their parents (Mal. 4:6). He is restoring to parent the intuitive knowledge and wisdom of teaching of their children. The books I have written speak to the heart of Christian parents and communities in educating and passing on a living faith to the next generations who will know the Lord and walk in the destiny He has created for them (Eph. 2:10).
About Me
I am an author, educator, devoted husband, parent, and grandparent. I have served over 50 years in Christian ministry: as an elder and pastor, seminary leader, teacher, mentor, and in marriage ministry. I mentored under a brilliant Bible teacher, earned a master’s in education in curriculum design, taught in post-secondary institutions, and collaborated with pastors, teachers, and Jewish-Christian scholars in developing seminary programs.
Reading and writing about God’s design for family and community, the teaching of children, and discipling the families of the nations—beginning in the community where you live—is of great interest. I enjoy family gatherings, worship and fellowship, hiking, and talking with parents and married couples, praying for them, and encouraging them. My passion is to equip parents in their devotion to the Lord as teachers of their children, participating with Him in their stewardship to raise sons and daughters who know the Lord and walk in His calling over their lives.
